Who We Are

It Works Distributors...Crazy Wrap Stars...Adventurers...Team Enter. We are called many things (and quite possibly other names behind our backs), but in the end one question remains. Who are we?

Well, we are teachers, daycare providers, social workers, cosmetologists, stay-at-home moms, construction workers, hairstylists, bartenders, paraprofessionals, dental hygienists, managers, coaches, admissions counselors, nurses, speech pathologists, baristas....and the list goes on and on. While we come from a variety of backgrounds we have one common thread that binds us together. That thread being our WHY.

You could ask any of us what our WHY is and we will have an answer or a story for you. While our answers differ in a variety of ways, one common theme is spun throughout our stories. We jumped on this crazy adventure because we love helping people improve their health and wellness, and we are fighting for financial freedom for our families.

For many of us our WHY is our family.
That being said, our families often have fun working  with us!
Our team, Team Enter, is a tiny dot in this It Works debt-free global company that is growing by leaps and bounds. Localized mainly in the Midwest, our team is full of passion, drive, desire and spunk. In a world that pegs all direct sales companies as a pyramid scheme, It Works is NOT, and I'm blessed to be a part of a team that encourages and supports each other. We all have made new friends since we began, and what a blessing to learn from and lean on each other.

2015 Christmas Party
You may be asking, "So why write this blog? What is the purpose of it?" While I don't make any claims to be a professional writer/blogger, I do enjoy writing and I enjoying connecting with people. As I talked with our Team Lead one day about what gifts I could use for our team these were the gifts I chose to use.

My "dream" for this blog is two-fold. First of all, I would love to use this blog to keep our team connected. We hail from several different states (and countries) have different sidelines, etc., but I think we can all benefit from learning from each other. How great to have one place for us to connect with those around us who are all working towards a similar goal. In some ways this blog will serve as our newsletter in a way.

If you aren't part of our team, please don't stop reading because YOU are part of the second purpose of this blog. If you are reading this, it is quite likely that one of my teammates referred you to this page to check out what It Works is all about and what life as a distributor is all about. I hope this blog helps YOU to see if this is a good fit for you, a possible future customer or distributor. This will be a place for you to read our stories, our WHYs, our struggles and successes, our hopes and dreams and so much more. This is a place for us to be real with YOU, and let YOU start to plan and dream as well.

We have FUN doing what we do!
Bottom Left: Team Leaders, Liz & John Enter

Most often these blogs will focus on various teammates, news items, funny tidbits, motivating quotes, team rewards and so on, but sometimes it will take a different spin. For instance, the next post (or two) will focus on the One Team One Mission Conference that is held every year in Florida. It will be a great chance to show you how It Works as a whole continues to enlighten their distributors, give them new training tools, announces new products, helps them connect and grow in one crazy, wild party. I'm unable to go this year, but can't wait for my teammates to share with me their pictures, quotes and inspiring moments from conference. Next year, that could be YOU there.

It Works has coined several phrases that are often seen in their marketing, on social media and in other places as well. I think one of their statements directly relates to this blog and its purpose of connecting our team with each other and YOU. WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER.

Until next time....that's a wrap.

After a wonderful training from our upline, Kim Haber. We are blessed to have such great leaders!
